Lily Ball is an art historian and teacher specializing in English as a foreign language who holds a Masters degree from the University of Southern California. Since she was a little girl, she’s been fascinated with found objects and understanding their significance. Her fascination with the ancient Maya writing system led her to do fieldwork in Belize, where she participated in an archaeological d

ig of an ancient Maya ball court. She spent a year in Japan after studying East Asian art, and teaches martial arts in her spare time. When she’s not studying artifacts, she’s binge-watching old episodes of Start Trek and deconstructing her favorite comic books. Her eye for detail is integral to solving mysteries on FOUND, and her dry sense of humor and rapier wit makes her fit right in with her colleagues.

I always end up thinking, "It must have been easy if I managed to do it." But it wasn't; this one was hard.
Accomplishments shrink in the rearview. They feel smaller the further I get from them. So I remind myself to celebrate my victories in their time as they come.

Look who I got to meet last night: none other than the voice of Kurama himself, the Nine Tailed Fox! 🦊 Thanks for taking the time to chat with a fan 💛

I spotted his shirt, pointed at him, and shouted, "Weeb!" He pointed to his shirt, and calmly replied, "That's me." 💀

He was super friendly, and kind enough to chat a bit about his experience in the business, how he got started, and his secret to success (work your ass off, and be patient). I was star struck.

I've been on edge this week, wishing I could do something to help my city. I was just one of hundreds who came together today to clean up fallen trees, branches, and debris from the parks and streets of Pasadena, to make it safer for residents to return. The crowd was calm, friendly, and ready to take direction and work hard. DM me if you want to join me at the next one!
