Kim is a family friend and longtime customer of the shop, and she desperately needs spinal reconstruction surgery. She had surgery scheduled a couple of months ago, but her surgeon unexpectedly left the country and her procedure was canceled.

At that time, her surgery would have been covered at 100%. Since then, she has had to switch insurance companies and now faces a $3,200 copay to have the surgery she urgently needs.

Tuesday, 6/30 is surgery day, and we want to make sure she has everything she needs to get there and get it done.
