A heated outdoor shower is pretty amazing, but is it always necessary? Especially here in Southern California, not really!

Our water tanks are mounted underneath the van, and with our mild temperatures most of the year, the water is often comfortable enough for rinsing off sandy feet, salty surfboards, muddy pups, or even yourself after a beach day.

Don’t get us wrong, hot water is a great luxury to have, but it’s not always a must-have.

This layout is quickly becoming a staple around here, and for good reason.

Need more seating? Add in a three-seater bench. Need to open up some floor space? Pivot the ARB dual-zone fridge behind the driver’s seat.

It’s all about keeping things modular, functional, and flexible enough to change with your needs. Because how you use your van today might look completely different from how you use it next weekend.

What do you keep stocked in your van? Or are you the type to empty everything out after every adventure?

For us, the essentials never leave. Grass mat, towels, first aid kits, surfboards, beach gear, and all the random things that make getting out the door that much easier.

One of the best parts of having a van? Having a place for all your everyday gear AND still having room for whatever the weekend brings. Less packing, less unpacking, more time doing the fun stuff.

To properly insulate our vans, we carefully remove the factory Mercedes headliner, add insulation, and reinstall it right where it belongs.

Why keep the factory headliner? A few reasons. It helps keep our build costs down, eliminates unnecessary materials and waste, and maintains that clean, factory-finished look. It’s also designed specifically for the van, meaning a precise fit without the need to reinvent something Mercedes already did well.

We believe in putting your money where it matters most into the features, comfort, and functionality you’ll actually use.

Smart design doesn’t always mean replacing everything. Sometimes it means making the most of what’s already there.

Our Grandview model can be modified to feature our signature bed system in place of the rear dinette. This van is a great example of how a few small changes can make the layout work even better for your crew. Need more seating? We can do that. Want to add another sleeping space and bring the total to three bed options? We can do that too.

Same Grandview foundation, just a little more flexibility to make the van fit the way your family actually travels.
