✨ Needle felting, good company, and one last deep breath before the school-year chaos! ✨

Our sold-out Needle Felting Night at Route 66 Old Fashioned was the perfect way to hit pause, unwind, and sneak in a little me time before the busy season kicks into high gear. 🧶💛

We had an amazing group of makers, lots of laughs, plenty of conversation, and some seriously beautiful felted creations taking shape! It’s safe to say a good time was had by ALL. 🥰

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us, to the wonderful folks at Route 66 Old Fashioned for hosting us, and to everyone who continues to support AMA Makes. Your enthusiasm makes these nights so special!

What. A. Night! ✨ We had an absolute blast kicking off our very first AMA Makes Felted Landscape Makers Night! We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make our first felting workshop such an amazing evening. If this first one was any indication, we have a feeling this class is going to be a favorite!

A huge thank you to Route 66 Old Fashioned for hosting such a cozy evening, and to the amazing staff from Carlinville Primary School for spending the night with us. It was a joy catching up with old friends and colleagues while trying something new together!

We took AMA Makes on the road today! 🎉

A huge thank you to the Federated Church Summer Program for inviting us to spend some time making together. These young MAKErs absolutely rocked their woven collages, and we loved seeing their creativity, imagination, and unique ideas come to life.

Join us for a special AMA Makes Speakeasy Session at Route 66 Old-Fashioned Restaurant & Speakeasy on Wednesday, August 5!

Before the schedules, routines, and all things fall kick into high gear, take a night to slow down, gather with friends, and just MAKE.

This month, we’re diving into the cozy art of needle felted landscapes. 🌄🌿 Layer soft wool fibers to create a textured little world of your own — part art, part sculpture, and completely unique to you. No experience needed… just bring your creativity and a willingness to try something new!

Grab a drink, enjoy the atmosphere, and give yourself a few hours to step away from the grind and into a night of creativity, conversation, and making.
