Today I realized, I've never really focused on telling our customers why they should support us. So, today I'm going to give you a few reasons why you should! Other than the obvious, that we are a small business based in Caribou, Maine. And besides the fact that this whole business was started in the midst of a very difficult time in my husband and I's life.
We are very sustainable. We work very hard to ensure we give our products a new life. For example, right after Christmas we posted the gifts that we hand made for our loved ones. Those gifts, such as the mugs, cups, shirts, and sweaters were all once sitting in a thrift store. We don't like knowing that there are items, perfectly good items, waiting in a thrift store to be repurposed and given a new life. Today alone, we found 28 mugs, and 4 glasses to repurpose and give new life.
We are all about ensuring the happiness of our customers! Before we lay a print on a shirt, before we heat press a design into a mug, and before we ship our ANY product, we send out sample photos to our customers to get a final okay on everything! For example, we made 3 custom sun catchers for a customer, before we put a single bead on the catcher itself, we sent a photo of the design and allowed the customer time to make changes or ask questions about the designs.
We allow for products to be returned and be fixed if any damages occur FOR FREE! Yes, that's right, for free! I know wear and tear happens, I can't count the amount of times I've had something break on me and I can't get the business to fix it and then having to buy a new item. So, from the very beginning, I decided to ensure our customers have 100% guarantee that their products will be taken care of for as long as we are around!
We add care cards to all of our products! Caring for a product shouldn't be a guessing game, so for our shirts, mugs, and cups we ensure our customers are aware of how to care for the items! Like knowing if it can go in a dishwasher or if the shirt needs to be inside out or if they need to wash in cold or hot water, these are not things we want you to guess about!
And finally, we love what we do. It's that simple, there's nothing I can say more. I love my small business, I love watching it grow, I love making products that will make someone smile or feel their best. I have loved to grow my product catalog and I love seeing everyone when we do craft fairs and pop up events. I love everyone of my customers. I can't express that enough. I have received so much support in the less than a year we've been open and I get so emotional when I talk about this. So thank you, each and everyone of you!
