On Saturday, September 19th, we ride once more.

Because when the world gets noisy, the road gets rough, and life insists on throwing one flaming obstacle after another into our path, there is something powerful about knowing there remains a table where good men can gather.

A place to eat ridiculously well.

A place to laugh.

A place to test your nerve across the felt.

And a place to remember that no man has to cross the wasteland entirely alone.

Aloha and g’day gents!

I hope you weathered the storm well! We were feeling a little like Dorthy from The Wizard of Oz! That being said, if we all find our feet solidly on land, I would like to invite you once more to the Gentleman’s Gathering!

This week, after much tribulation as I want to eat/cook all the things, I have decided upon a humble offering. May it excite your taste buds and bring you to the table like Pepe Le pue floating to devour yet another pie.

Venison Shepard’s pie for pupus

French onion soup with a garden salad and a sourdough grilled cheese for an entree.

Chai tea panna cotta for dessert

Pina colada for a cocktail and ipas par norm.

100$ for the evening with an additional 10$ for pupus and 10$ for dessert.

I have cleaned up the majority of my property after that wild storm we weathered. Please reach out if need any help! Hope to see yall at the table this Saturday, 8-22-26!

Aloha & G'day, brothers!

The Lion's Den gathers once again, and this month we draw inspiration from one of my favorite films—300.

Beneath the battles and the spectacle lies something much deeper: the strength of brotherhood and the responsibility of leadership.

A true leader isn't the loudest man in the room. He doesn't stand behind those he leads—he stands beside them. He carries his share of the burden, sets the example through his actions, and understands that respect is earned, never demanded.

Likewise, a strong brotherhood isn't built because everyone agrees. It's built because each man chooses integrity, loyalty, humility, and the willingness to show up for one another.

That's what I hope these evenings continue to become.

A place where we sharpen one another. Where stories are shared, laughter is abundant, and every man leaves with a full belly and a lighter heart.

As the Spartans understood...

"The strength of the wolf is the pack, and the strength of the pack is the wolf."

So gather your shield, polish your poker face, and come prepared for another memorable evening.

🍸 Begin with a smoked salmon cucumber bite and an optional Smoky Paloma Margarita.

🍞 Break bread with two-day cold fermented sourdough and garden herb compound butter.

🥗 Enjoy a vibrant strawberry balsamic kale salad with fresh berries, citrus, fennel, toasted macadamias, and house-made strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.

🥩 Then choose your adventure:
• Grilled Island Steak(Ribeye or NY)
