Glen David Andrews Band I spoke to you outside of Carney’s when you played the Exit Zero Jazz Festival, you were talking about the history of the music and some of the cats that were keeping it alive. Your passion was evident. You may remember me talking about Hack Bartholomew and told you that I saw you playing the streets every day in Jackson Square when I was on my vacation in NOLA. Here is a pic I finally came across, I remembered you as soon as I saw you at Jazz Fest, though you were pretty lean back around 1999. I can hear your raspy voice like it was yesterday, leading the band and blowing a mean trombone! You are a “True Ambassador of The Music!”
