A Letter of Gratitude to My Tribe
Last night told a powerful story.
Although we didn't take home the official "Album of the Year" trophy, the nomination itself is HISTORY—I AM HISTORY and the real win was looking out and seeing my people. Standing, cheering, loving me.
My heart is completely full today. To my family, my Flow Circle, And to the tribe who carries authentic love in their hearts for me through it all & stood with me last night—I THANK YOU.🥰 Some were healing from recent surgeries, traveling from out of town, balancing your own family functions, or pushing through tight work schedules, but you chose to be there. Even those who called in from afar just to check the temperature of the room or couldn't be present —your presence was felt. That level of dedication and authentic love means the absolute world to me. My out of town circle is DOPE!! Thank you for cheering from afar. Some may not have known this was happening but would have been front & center... I love you, thank you.
To the doubters: You will never be big enough, nor loud enough, to pause, stop, hinder, or cancel what has already been ordained for me. But make no mistake—you are a necessary part of the process. I speak healing & wholeness to you. May you begin to walk in your own destiny & be release from the trauma that binds you & be fulfilled enough to celebrate with others sincerely. 🙏💪🏾
This milestone is a testament to the discipline, the grind, and the career progression we are building together. Stay tuned. There is a rumble under your feet, there is an energy you can't deny or identify...IT'S LIGHT! MAKING NOISE. MAKING HISTORY. MAKING A DIFFERENCE! 🫡
