💕Meet the artist 💕

I’ve seen multiple creators do these kinds of posts, but have struggled with posting one because of my self confidence with getting older. It’s time to embrace my wrinkles and accept that I am no longer a young woman. (Yikes!)

Hi, I’m Jamie! I grew up in this small little village, Canisteo NY, moved away for a bit, but home was calling me back. Proud to say that all three of my children, and my two stepdaughters all graduated from this itty bitty town. My husband and I have been together going on 10 years now and we share 3 grandchildren together! I LOVE being a Grammy!

Being a sports mom kept me very busy, but once they all graduated high school I found myself a little lost with how to spend my time. After a couple failed attempts at other crafts, I found macrame.

Macrame has become a passion of mine. I LOVE this art! I have learned so much, made so many things, and still have a whole bucket list of things I want to do!

Finally made a decision on how I wanted to do the plant hanger car charms! The twine was just too bulky for these small plants and the colored cord gives them a little extra something 🌈 Each hanger will come with a precut piece of fishing line to use to attach to your rearview mirror.
These will be available to purchase at my vendor tent during Crazee Daze in Canisteo, June 12th-13th. Several styles and colors to choose from ❤️

For the first time ever I will be setting up as a vendor during Canisteo’s annual Crazee Daze celebration!

The Canisteo Community Support Group organizes Crazee Daze and Christmas in the Village, assists with other community events and helps local families in need throughout the year. Please help me give back to this amazing group that brings so much joy to our local community!

Celebrating 250 years of the USA, I thought this project would be perfect! It measures 24”x21” (not including the hanging cord), is composed of approximately 650 yards of 3mm cord and roughly 42 hours of laborious love.

Presale tickets are available now!!
Payments are accepted via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp or cash. Put USA in the notes. If paying with PayPal, please select “friends or family” as to not take away from the donation amount. This wall hanging will be available to see in person at my tent during Crazee Daze on June 12th and 13th. I am also hoping to partner with some local businesses who would be willing to help sell tickets at their establishments. Details will follow soon on where you can purchase tickets in person.

Drawing will take place the Sunday following Crazee Daze on June 14th, which coincidentally happens to be Flag Day. You can watch the drawing live on this page!
