3 ingredients home-made ice cream! 😋 No artificial colors or additives! And the topping is optional. Here is how to make it:
- 1 liter heavy cream
- 1 can condensed milk
- mini chocolate chips (optional)
Method: Whip the very cold heavy cream. Start slow and gradually go higher on speed until whipped lightly fluff. Add the condensed milk until nicely combined, then add the mini chocolate chip (optional). Put the mixture in a piping bag and fill your cups.
It makes about 24 ice cream cups.
Freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
