🏡 She's officially ready for showings!

What started as a property in need of a little love has been transformed into a beautiful home ready for its next family.

With new flooring, new interior doors, a new refrigerator, a new dishwasher, and countless hours of hard work, this renovation is complete.

A special thank you to Lowe's Home Improvement for providing the materials that helped bring this vision to life and to my amazing friend González Tellez for helping keep me on schedule and showing me how to renovation right. Call him if you need anything done. He is the MVP! His support was invaluable.

Real estate investing isn't always glamorous. It takes patience, perseverance, and the willingness to push through unexpected challenges. But seeing the finished product makes every late night and every obstacle worth it.

Now... she's ready for her next chapter. 🏡✨

Sometimes the most beautiful transformations begin with a reset.

As I've gotten older, I've learned that what worked for me in one season may not work in the next. Menopause, thinning hair, grays, changing priorities—it's all part of the journey.

Instead of fighting the change, I'm learning to give myself grace, care for myself differently, and embrace the woman I'm becoming.

Day 6: We did it!

We beat our June 1 deadline, overcame every challenge, and got this house ready for its next chapter.

Thank you to everyone who lent a hand, shared their expertise, and cheered me on along the way.

A few cosmetic touches remain, but she's ready.

Day 5: Clearing Out the Clutter

Sometimes progress isn't glamorous. Sometimes it's hauling away the stuff left behind so you can make room for what's next.

Big shoutout to Simmons Hauling for helping me clear out the clutter. Fast, friendly, efficient, and veteran-owned. Just the way I like it!

With the junk gone, we're one step closer to showings and one step closer to the finish line.

Day 4 and it's finally starting to come together.

Servpro came in and worked their magic on the carpets, and Rene's Reno Crew was not playing. They came ready to work and knocked out project after project, bringing this house one step closer to being move-in ready.

After days of cleaning, hauling, painting, repairing, and wondering what surprise we'd uncover next, it's exciting to finally see the vision coming together.

We're marching toward June 1st, and while there's still a little work left to do, I think we're almost ready for showings.

This renovation journey has definitely reminded me that real estate isn't passive income—it's earned income. But seeing the finish line makes every sore muscle worth it.
