Our March distribution for the Calico Rock Food Pantry is tomorrow, Saturday, March 7 from 9 am to 11:55 am. We have lots of frozen foods so make sure your freezer has room!

Also, bring your note pad with your name and phone number on it. This speeds up the computer work.

Remember time change is on Sunday March 8 at 2 am

We made it through the cold and snow! Tomorrow, Saturday February 7 is our distribution Day. We will be distributing from 9 am until noon. Please come and pick up your food if you are one of our members. If you know anyone that is our member, please remind them of our First Saturday distributions. it may be several weeks before we have a make up day.

Our upcoming monthly first Saturday distributions are: February 7, March 7, April 4. Mark your calendars. If you or any of your friends are our members, please have them mark their calendars and check on this page.

This Saturday Jan 3 is our distribution day. we will be at the Calico Rock Food Pantry from 9 am to noon giving out food. Hopefully the sun will be out and it will be warm enough.

Today Friday September 5 is National Food Bank day. Take a moment and donate to your nearest Food Bank or even say a prayer for the work that Food Bank's do. If you are a member of the Calico Rock Food Pantry, remember pick up is tomorrow.

Our September distribution is this Saturday September 6 from 9 am to 11:55 am. We have produce from North Central Arkansas Food Bank but not enough for all of our member households. These will be on a first come First served basis.

Do you know about the federal program to help with your energy costs during the summer?

LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) is available thru September or until the funds are gone. Northcentral Arkansas Development Council serves residents in Fulton, Izard, Sharp and Stone counties. For more information visit nadcinc.org or call 870-793-5765. The amount of assistance varies based on income, number of people in the home and other factors.

Today August 2 is our distribution day. We will be at the Food Bank from 9 am to 11:55 am. We have grapes, peaches, tomatoes and other great stuff.

This Saturday July 5 is our distribution day at the Calico Rock Food Pantry. The hours are 9 am to 11:55 am. If you are one of our members, please stop in and get your food packages. We will have another distribution later in the month but I am not sure when.

Tomorrow June 7 is our distribution day for the Calico Rock Food Bank. Rain or shine. We are praying for sunshine so if anyone is doing a rain dance, stop it I think we have had enough rain for a while.
