Fire Rooster Fibres, firing up my busyness, again. Creating every day and looking with joy upon fall and winter, my favorite time. I make stuff, everyday, from goat milk soap to Stetson hats to God’s Eyes, to silk scarves to beautiful clothes. I make stuff. Enjoy my stuff and post some of yours. We are have creativity to share.

Back during Covid, I did not bend the knee….I became so fed up with MANdates, I created WOMANdates. My home in North Carolina was open for anything that you might need, a cup of coffee, sitting on the front porch and creating art, a place to talk, a place to take your mask off.

Right now it feels as if we are wearing invisible masks, so much so that you cannot see us. As our rights continue to be chipped away, opinions and speech is more stepped upon than it was during Covid. My eyes and my mouth continue to be open, and I am working upon my heart. I feel such an assault upon this nation that I love, my heart responds with a bit of disinterest, overloaded I retreat into a cocoon of plants and dogs.
