As the summer is winding down, it's time to start thinking about Tiny Tots Playgroup starting back up!!! We will be officially starting on Tuesday, September 8 @ 10am! We're looking forward to seeing all our friends again!

Remember, even if your kiddos are starting to "age out" we do have active games for the older ones that help them get some exercise and connect with others! And if they're at the in-between stage, they can come and go between the older kids and younger kids.

This Tuesday (August 4) at 2pm we're meeting in the garden to learn about caterpillars. This will be a hands-on experience! We'll also discover what has been growing and pick some garden produce!
NEXT TUESDAY (August 11) at 11am we will be having a park playdate at the Anaconda park and splash pad. So bring your swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water bottle & a picnic lunch to join us at the BEST splash pad in the area! Seriously - if you haven't been there... you gotta make it happen! It's gardening time once again - but this time we're playing in the "mud kitchen" sensory play space. Bring mud clothes and an old pot or pan! We'll also be fertilizing our plants and talking about fertilizer (no, we are NOT playing in THAT kind of mud!)!!! Join the fun tomorrow afternoon at 2pm!

We have something for everyone on Tuesday afternoons this summer!

Beginning this TUESDAY:

2pm - Outdoor gardening class for the little ones & playtime in the sandbox. It's been a lot of fun and great hands on sensory playtime. Plus everyone can take home garden produce! The Tiny Tot room with play stations will also be open during this time as well!

4pm - Wilderness Survival Vacation Bible School for ages 4-12
Mom's Bible Study for all faith backgrounds on the parables of Christ with a Tiny Tot play room for the 0-3yr olds

Tomorrow between 2-4pm join us for some playtime outside and garden adventures. At 2pm we'll begin with learning about legumes. What are they? How do they grow? Why are they important? We'll have a legume sensory bin, some cooked ones to try, and take home some to sprout and eat! The rest of the time will be free time to explore the garden, water the plants, pull some weeds, play in the sandbox or on the playground, and possibly even splash in some water (weather depending). Last week people came and went as they needed and the kiddos had fun! We'd love to have you join us!
