I'm feeling a bit under the weather, so I’m not streaming, and Jingles also had to go to the hospital for a procedure. Since I had some free time, and I didn’t want him to have to worry about dinner on his way back, I made some traditional Portuguese Massa de Pimentão aka Red Pepper Paste! 🇵🇹

I mixed the Massa de Pimentão with some other spices and b**r to marinate this chicken and taters before popping everything in the oven!
