**Town of Pleasant Garden Independence Day Celebration**
The Town of Pleasant Garden invites everyone to attend its annual Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the Pleasant Garden Community Center, located at 5024 Alliance Church Road.
This **FREE family-friendly event** begins at 6:00 PM and will feature a Kid Zone with inflatables, a caricature artist, face painting, and more. Entertainment on the main stage will include music by DJ Wayne Gooch and a special live tribute to America.
Food vendors and non-food vendors will be on-site offering a variety of food, merchandise, and specialty items for purchase throughout the evening.
A Car Show will take place from *5:00 PM to 8:00 PM* at the event location.
The evening will conclude with an amazing fireworks display at approximately 9:30 PM.
**Parking & Shuttle Information**
Free shuttle service, provided by Holiday Tours, will be available beginning at 5:00 PM from:
* Pleasant Garden Baptist Church
* Pleasant Garden Elementary School
* New Covenant Church
Please note:
* No shuttle service will be provided from Volunteer Park or Town Hall.
* Handicap parking will be available at the Pleasant Garden Community Center.
* No other public parking will be permitted at the event site.
**Road Closure**
Alliance Church Road will be closed between Ryegate Drive and Neelley Road beginning at 4:30 PM.
**Additional Information**
* Pets are NOT permitted at the event.
* Pet owners are encouraged to secure pets at home, as the fireworks display may be frightening due to the loud noise.
* In the event of inclement weather, the celebration will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
