Just a reminder!!
Certain SSRI's and other common meds can cause sensitivity to the sun and heat. It significantly increases your risk of heat exhaustion and heatstroke!
Make sure to:
-Stay hydrated
-Avoid peak heat
-Wear loose-fitting, lightweight, and light-colored clothing
-Know the warning signs! (dizziness, headache, nausea, rapid pulse)

I really love what I do. I painted Jenny last year at her family’s party, and was so happy when they invited me back for this year! The theme was Moana so of COURSE we had to do Hei Hei for her! 🖤 🐔
