Well finnski did a thing last night at the Brazos county youth livestock show.

Breed champion cross
Reserve champion over all (2nd best pig at the show)

To say that we are proud of him is an understatement. Finn has worked very hard this year improving in his knowledge and showing skills to present these pigs the way he needs too.

We are not done yet. We have chickens this morning so let’s go see if we can get that chicken buckle now.

These are going to hit hard when we have to get rid of them Saturday.

Not the results we were expecting but Finn did a really good job in his first major show.

Bluey would not walk fast enough to show all of his good parts.

Now to county with Rex and turbo and chickens.

Come out Wednesday (pigs) and Thursday for chickens if you want to see our boy show his heart out.

Just a light breakfast before we have to go work pigs.

It definitely a family commitment and I have some of the best that are able to help me succeed. Thanks hut hut (Jackie Kempenski Slovacek), Gigi ( Slovacek), and uncle Joey for topping off feed and changing out waters while dad is working for that feed money!!!
