⚠️VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT⚠️
Due to recent events I feel the need to update and make clear some of my policies. It pains me to have to set some of these rules, or the fact I have to make them clear in the first place.
1. I will no longer be posting photos of children's faces whether for photography or face painting services. I will still post some for people to view, but with the child's face covered by a sticker or black out. This goes to any child 13 or under as according to current Facebook policies of what age is appropriate to have an account.
2. Ai use. I do not support the use of AI for posters, advertisements, ect. However many of the people I love and work with have used AI for that feature. Anyone who is in need of a poster or banner made please reach out to me and I'd be glad to make them if I am able, for free instead of the use of AI. I have used AI in the past but as I have learned the impacts of it I have no used it since and will no longer use it.
3. Tardiness. I would like to clarify my procedures on being late to a session. If I am late to the photoshoot
I sincerely apologize as it does not happen often, but if and when it does please know it will not take away from your timeslot you have paid for as that is on me. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late for a session, any time after that 10 minutes will be deducted from your timeslot. If you are attending a mini session where I have multiple clients in one day, I always tell you in advance to please arrive early to your slot so we can use your whole time, if you are late to a mini session any and all time you are late will be deducted from your slot. 30minutes late to a 25 minute session means you have missed your slot completely.
4. Please do not show up for any kind of service, whether face painting, photography, craft show, ect. Inebriated of any capacity. I can not and should not have to factor in extra safety concerns for others as well as my own during an event. If you are incoherent or show any sign of being an unsafe person, you will be asked to leave with no services provided, and no refund to your deposit.
5. Respect the property of others. If I have a set up, or props, or am using a location you must be respectful of all property. Children will be children and as a mother myself I can understand some running around and playing with items, however any tearing up of property or blatant disrespect will not be tolerated. I know I work very hard to get the things I have set up nicely for the photos, as well as each person I've worked with who has let me use their space, set ups, and props. If you or your child are destroying or causing damage to an item you may be asked to leave or invoiced for damage if it is significant.
These things are stated in the agreements you sign upon booking. I am slightly put out from the disrespect shown lately, but I hope we can have a great rest of the fall season and make more wonderful photos and memories.
