Practicing for upcoming 1st dance wedding routine

Increasing flexibility and stability by dancing provides great exercise for joints and ligaments,
good for healthy movement and growth. Thus, dancing enables one to explore
many different areas of the body which traditional workouts would not be
able to accomplish.

What can dancing do for you?
Dancing can significantly increase one’s health in ways unique to other workouts
and exercises. Compared to traditional gym exercises, dance is exclusive in
combining strength, balance and endurance training. Treadmills and dumbbells are of some benefit to your circulation, yet they do less than nothing for
overall body coordination and balance.

North Coast Dance Party and Entertainment is teaching social dance lessons to anyone who loves to dance! at the Singles and couples. Held at St. John's Byzantine Church, corner of Snow Rd and Broadview Rd in Parma Ohio. Always the 3rd Saturday of each month only $8.00 per person admission. Also, make your reservations for the New Year dinner-dance only $25.00 per person.
