Jack + Kate’s reception had a little bit of everything — meaningful speeches, special dances, a packed room, and plenty of energy once the dance floor opened.

And yes, the cryo cannons made a pretty great appearance too.

✨ A night under the stars at Cosmic Gardens.

Tonight we had the chance to be part of The Sixpence’s annual private party, bringing the soundtrack while James Wilder took it to another level on live sax. 🎷

An incredible atmosphere, an amazing crowd, and one of those nights where the music and the setting just worked together perfectly.

Thanks to The Sixpence | Midwest Wedding Venue for having us back for another unforgettable night.

Lily + Oean knew exactly what they wanted their wedding to sound like—and that made this reception at Laurel Hall so much fun to build.

Their day moved from happy Motown and classic favorites during cocktail hour into jazz over dinner, followed by a dance floor packed with the kind of 2000s and 2010s pop, rap, and EDM their friends actually wanted to hear.

They gave us the songs they loved, the songs they absolutely didn’t want, and plenty of room to read the crowd in between. That’s exactly how we like to do it.

And their request for the end of the night? A full dance floor and one big last song. Mission accomplished.

Mady + Bobby had a clear vision for their reception at Indiana Memorial Union in Bloomington, and the music was a huge part of it.

Once the dance floor opened, we paired the DJ set with two hours of live saxophone and drums, creating a live hybrid experience around the music they had chosen for their wedding.

Then, once the musicians wrapped, we changed gears again—faster mixing, more club energy, and a set built around the songs Mady + Bobby wanted to hear most.

That’s what personalization looks like to us.

The goal isn’t to make every wedding sound the same. It’s to understand what the couple wants, watch the people in the room, and build the energy from there.

From a beautiful outdoor ceremony to a packed dance floor ✨

Oean and Lily’s wedding at Laurel Hall was the perfect way to spend a gorgeous Saturday! Their celebration began with an outdoor ceremony, followed by dinner on the terrace with beautiful weather setting the scene.

Then the party moved inside—and the energy never let up! The dance floor stayed full all night as we celebrated all the way through the final song at 11:00. An incredible evening for an incredible couple!
