Wake Up is a new comedic musical by Ariel Shaveh. It’s about a lady named Samara who denounced her relationship with God after losing her parents in a car accident at a young age. While working in a cafe, Samara is approached by her best friend Edith and Edith asks Samara if she would do sound engineering for her church choirs rehearsal. Samara being a sound engineer major, begrudgingly says yes. While Samara is monitoring the rehearsal, a malfunction happens in the control room. Samara checks out the problem & while doing so, she is shocked. For Samara it’s only been a few minutes but for everyone else, it has been two hours. Samara is confused by this and doesn’t know what to make of it. As Samara is trying to gather herself, people begin to sing to her but Samara is the only one that knows it’s happening and she is the only one that can hear it.
