Did you know we allow multiple entries for artists? is also the artist behind this piece titled 'Theater of Mind.' They describe the inspiration behind their work: "The anatomical theater at the University of Padua was instrumental in the history of medicine-particularly in relation to anatomist Andreas Vesalius, who was the chair of surgery and anatomy." The miniature theatre rests inside a 1:1 replica of a human skull, an homage to their studies in the history of science and medicine.

Taxidermy is an art form that requires patience, attention to detail, and most importantly: a deep love and appreciation for the life being preserved ❀️🐺This piece by was made to honor the life of Cody, a coyote found by the side of the road in Colorado. His gentle expression and pose were intentionally chosen to show a softer side to these misunderstood creatures.
