Haley's Balloons Haley’s Balloons is a heart-led balloon twisting business started by 8-year-old Haley. Having mastered the classics, she brings whimsy to festivals & parties.

By supporting her, you help a young entrepreneur grow skills & confidence, one twist at a time. Available for hire to make balloons at kids birthday parties, events, and festivals. Evenings and weekends. Offering reasonable beginner rates. We will drive to the Bristow/Haymarket, VA area for your event, providing all supplies. All balloons are made by me, independently. My mom always accompanies me as my driver and security guard.

This morning, I went to the Warrenton Farmers Market and my mom bought elderberry syrup from Erin's Elderberries - founder Erin A Mann is my mentor and supported me from the very beginning of my balloon adventure!

We came home to my sick little brother, Lucas - he coughed, drank Elderberry Syrup, and then gave her this authentic response. 😍

Ever seen french fries or a meatball sub turned into a balloon?! That was a first for me!

I had so much fun making balloon hats for the customers of Steak N' Cheese Please. I also enjoyed talking to female entrepreneurs - including Close With Caleigh and Ms. Linda, the owner who started her first business when she was young like me!
