Hey, library friends! Our pop-up location at 74 Munsill will be closed today, August 14th, to allow staff to work on a time-sensitive building project. We’ll be back for regular service from 10-2 on Saturday, before all the fun at Pocock Rocks begins.

And don’t fret—we’re extending the deadline of submissions for folks who need to submit their last tickets for the Mid-Summer Reading Challenge to next Friday.

We’ll see you on Saturday!

There's about to be a party! Join LML on August 6th from 4-6 PM for our annual, ALL-AGES community read-in. We'll be at our pop-up location with seating indoors and out, so grab a good book, a lawn chair or blanket, and your water bottle. We'll bring the pizza!

Plus, we'll be scooping up free Ben & Jerry's for all and have amazing raffle prizes. For every 15 mins you read, you'll get a raffle ticket to enter to win. A big thank you to .ory, , , .rose.gifts.vt, , and for donating!

A big thank you to this summer’s literacy partner Kayden Hamlin and Vermont Literacy Network! They will begin FREE reading coaching for kids next week at LML.

There is still time to register and be a part of our new initiative! Kayden and Jen, our children’s librarian, are holding drop-in hours for kids, families, babysitters, and all-ages on Wednesday afternoons from 4-5 PM all through July.

Come play, read, and learn with us all month long! 💪📖💥

What a Saturday! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our pop-up library to say hello. We saw so many friendly faces, checked out some books, and got kids signed up for Summer Reading!

EVENT UPDATE:
Due to the weather, we've had to adjust Saturday's event at LML's new pop-up location. Lawn games, the magic show, and ice cream are postponed. However, our new space remains open!

Visit us at 74 Munsill Ave, Suite 100 from 10 am-2 pm tomorrow, June 20th to checkout a book and our new space. Kids can sign up for our summer reading challenge, get their Amazing Summer Swag Bag, and choose a FREE BOOK to take home!

Have library materials you’d like to return? We’ve got the book drop for you! A book drop is available at our forthcoming pop-up library at 74 Munsill Ave., Suite 100. Stop by with your materials and we’ll get them checked in for you.

Patrons can also begin submitting Interlibrary loan requests via email to [email protected]. Send us your request and we’ll work on getting it here in time for our pop-up library opening.

What a great afternoon celebrating poetry and our talented poets from Addison County! We had a packed parlor at Peake House and a fabulous time listening to our authors and their poetry.
