The first pictures are of a blessed mother I am almost finished with, afew more slight changes, clean up and details that need to be added before this stone is put in one of my displays.

The last two pictures are of an additional location I am setting up in.

The paperwork has been filed with the town and approved.
I am still working on clearing brush and cleaning up the property and will be putting together a verity of different style headstones in my display.

It's tough to do during what has been my busiest year yet, I hope to have everything set up by mid September.

The location is 246 Scott swamp road Farmington CT next to Cumberland farms.

Cleaning gravestones that

I look forward to coming back in afew months and seeing the transformation.

We sprayed roughly 170 stones.

Some of the roses I have carved recently, the pictures were taken before being finished.

A brownstone gravestone I shaped and carved roughly five years ago along with some pictures taken during different phases of the progress.

The material was originally quarried in east longmeadow Massachusetts in 1890.
The date was carved on some of the pieces.
The material was used to build a school in CT that was torn down in the 1970s.
The material then was brought to NY state where it sat until five years ago when I bought it.

It was in large blocks, I had it delivered to a fabrication shop here in CT where it was cut into 3" - 4" slabs.

I shaped the stone with the blade/patent hammer in the picture and all the carving was down by hand with the tools in the picture.

It is now going going to NY state where it will be used to honer a revolutionary War veteran.

Some pictures from 2019.
I couldn't find the before pictures, but the vault I was working on was in rough shape, the large cap stones moved considerably and most of the stonework had to be removed and rebuilt.
I took apart and rebuilt the granite entry way pillar as well.
