We have a full range of fashion shows and exhibitions happening across the state and are looking for brands representing diverse sizes, shapes and genders.

We are seeking volunteers who are interested in supporting the new fashion industry we are building in Connecticut. Volunteers are vital to the formation of this new eco-system that will help support hundreds of artists, small businesses and inspire people to get involved throughout the state of Connecticut and beyond.

Volunteers will have the option of selecting which best fits your schedule:

1. Hartford Fashion Week (June 7th-13th)
2. New Haven Fashion Week (Oct. 5th-11th)
3. Fashion Week Connecticut (Oct. 13th-19th)

Experience is preferred for the following jobs;
* Backstage Styling Assistant
* Press Assistant

No experience is necessary for the following jobs;
* Production Assistant
* Personal Assistant
* Stage Crew

We are seeking the following;
1. Must be 18 plus.
2. Must be willing to travel within Connecticut to show locations.
3. Must have reliable transportation or access to public transportation.

We are proud to announce the launch of a new program named the Vanguard Program.

For many years, Connecticut has been the source of emerging talent for the fashion industry. Unfortunately, Connecticut’s infrastructure is not always equipped for the needs of the talent it creates. As we strive to improve CT’s fashion ecosystem, we at Fashion Week Connecticut are doing our part to not only help support but guide and platform the next generation of story tellers.

This program is designed to help, and support select Colleges/University’s who have active fashion clubs on campus.

What we are offering:

* Mentorship: Direct guidance from designers, producers, stylists, and creative directors.

* Production Training: Runway coordination, casting, fittings, backstage operations.

* Creative Development: Concept building, storytelling, branding, show direction.

* Industry Exposure: Networking, portfolio building, and live event participation.

* Career Pathways: Preparing students for roles in fashion production, events, and creative industries.

* Collaboration: Connecting on a joint fashion related event.
