Thank you to those who attending Tipsy and Toasty Brunch to benefit the STAR Fund today. You ladies showed up and showed out!

Amazing food, music, and vibes..and a lovely message regarding Shawn Taylor.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make today happen: The Italian Club, Christine Taylor, Terri Dolan & Mike Dolan , Matt Lipps , Kelleigh Mcalpine , Mary Ann Colestro , DJ Benzo , South Kendall Hydroponics, Sue Gleason/Pizza Napoli, Alicia Sipko , Lisa Warfield , and Justin Hart — whether your contribution was big or small, you helped make this event a success.

This was our first event, and we have some great takeaways to make the next one even better!

We’re already thinking about our next charity event… maybe a purse bingo sing-along in October? 👛🎶

Join us for an energy-packed afternoon with DJ Benzo, good vibes, singing your heart out, brunch, and your first drink INCLUDED — all for ONLY $30! 🍳🍹🎶

But this event is about so much more than brunch and music. ❤️

Proceeds benefit the STAR Fund (Shawn Taylor Animal Rescue), which helps stray and unclaimed dogs and cats with medical expenses and also hosts an annual pet food drive. The fund was created lovingly in memory of Shawn Taylor — someone taken from this world far too soon, who had a deep love for animals and a heart simply too big for this realm. And, did you know his heavenly 40th birthday is Sunday?! 🐾

We’ve had several people ask about donating even if they can’t attend, and honestly, that’s what this community is all about. LOVE you all for that. ❤️ If you’re unable to make it but would still like to support the STAR Fund, we are more than happy to accept donations.
