Recrudescent Recycled Art was started by Stella Clevenger in 2010. After going on vacation with her family and seeing collages made out of wallpaper. She got the idea to make a collage out of magazine pages for her home and the salon she currently works at. Needless to say... she enjoyed making the collages and one led to another. Her art now adorns many rooms in her house as well as several other
