I went back for touch ups.
I didnt like my lettering and the middle of my sunflower. If you take one of my art classes, you will know how much I love to "dance" around the colors.
I added the same color of the background, in circles 🔵, to the middle of the sunflower. That looks a lot more like my style of painting 🖼. All the colors. I am satisfied. I also combined the shades of the lettering with Molly's favorite color, lime green, on top. Mixing my mediums between aerosol & painting. This combo wins 🏆. Another parking space in the books, added to my portfolio, and a very happy client. Thank you Tosha for bringing me on this project.

🎨One thing about me, I love visiting museums.

Museums filled with artists, art, and history. There is something surreal about standing in front of an artist’s painting. Someone you’ve only ever read about in a textbook.

Who were they?
What was their daily routine?
What was their favorite color?
What was their madness, their joy, and their pain behind the painting?

Today, I walked in to meet this wonderful man for coffee. His paintings and portraits covered the walls.

And there I was, sitting across from an artist I had only ever read about in articles and texts. Having a conversation over black coffee and cake.

Surreal.

One day, I’m going to look back at my life, close my eyes, and remember these moments.
I’ll know that my dreams were fulfilled. Not only because I chased them, but because of the incredible people and artists who crossed my path along the way.

Sometimes, you don’t realize how much you’re living your dream until you stop in for black coffee ☕️ and cake. 📸🎨🖌 Emanuel H. Enriquez.
