Here’s your annual throwback to that time I made Jared turn in 90 degree heat, in a Christmas sweater, to remind you all about MADE SOUTH Market!

We’ll be vending at this wonderful holiday market and tickets to attend are on sale now!! You can purchase VIP tickets for a special Friday night market, or tickets for Saturday, OR BOTH!

Made south is a great place to find really unique holiday gifts, from some really talented southern makers. So grab your tickets and mark your calendars.

All of these pieces were made from wood collected from Lost River Cave. There’s Oak and Osage Orange represented here from trees that came down in storms. We’re glad we could keep these trees memories alive in this way!

Hi there. It has been a bit since I have introduced myself and we have gained some new followers(though I am not sure how many of them are real people 😅)
I am Jared Moran, the wood turner here at Wildland Woodworks. I have been woodturning and teaching for close to six years now, wood carving for a bit longer, and gardening and raising animals for about half of my life at this point.
I am the father of 2 amazing children and husband to the strongest and most capable woman I know. We live on our small farm in Kentucky and own a couple of businesses that basically all started because we hate “waste”. Checkout our other pages and . And thanks for following along.
