- Once custom order is started, it is Non Refundable.
- My turn around time is 2 to 3 weeks (no rush orders)
- There will be a $5 fee per design change if its already applied to
the custom order, to cover cost of materials lost.
- All custom orders are made uniquely and because they are handmade some small imperfections may be expected. The imperfections will not compromi
se the quality and use of your item.
- All orders must be sent in a message form, No verbal orders will be accepted.
- Due to all my work being done at different hours of the day and night. I will try my best to send one or two progress pictures throughout the process if requested. Custom Tumbler
- All my tumblers are sealed with FDA compliant resin. Resin takes a glass like consistency when cured therefore if dropped on a hard surface your tumbler may shatter, break or ruin your design, which can not be fixed. Please follow your tumbler care card instructions to ensure your tumblers last a long time.
- For custom tumblers simply message me with your idea or reference.
- I have several different colors of glitters, if you have pictures of the exact colors you would like, feel free to send them to me so I can match them best as I can, If I need to order special colors or other supplies, it may add time to the time frame. Ready Made Products/Custom Orders

- Once your order has been delivered or picked up, there is a 24 hour time frame to find any issues with your product and return it for me to fix. If your product is shipped and it arrive damaged, message me within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the damage, so I can file a report with USPS. I will send you a shipping label to send your damaged product back to me to redo, free of charge!

All sales are final. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations (if product is already in process of being made.) But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Shipping
All products are shipped in 1 to 3 business days via USPS. Custom orders are shipped as soon as they are finished.
