Starlight Meadows Our mission is to deliver a beautiful space where joyful celebrations and connections are made.

Located in a rural setting just 10 minutes from downtown Mill Creek, WA, and 20 minutes from Woodinville and Snohomish, Starlight Meadows offers a special event experience. The owners created a serene spot with rustic and whimsical touches that offers many options for intimate events such as weddings, elopements, family reunions and business events. Rent the facility for a few hours for your ceremony and photos, or make it a memorable weekend with family, and stay together on the event property in The Cottage, a Five-Star Rated short term rental.

HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY TO ANNA AND ALEX!

We were honored to host the wedding for Anna and Alex; we've known Alex for 20 years, and couldn't be happier he found his great love in the beautiful and very organized Anna! Oh those natural curls! That dress! The stunning wildflower bouquet from Flora D' Amore! We loved it all.

Anna and Alex were chill and easy, but they made sure guests didn't feel the chill of the crisp Fall evening by supplying a chest full of cozy blankets as a giveaway.
For reception tables they dressed our green chargers with flowers tucked into each napkin, adding our molded glass votives and log rounds for a simple and elegant look.

The evening ended with happy guests, tired feet, and an incredible sunset that reflected the warmth and beauty of Anna and Alex's love.

Anna and Alex, thank you for choosing us; we hope your memories of this beautiful Fall day make you fall in love all over again, and wish for you all the joy in the world!

HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY TO VALERIE AND CAMERON! We loved working with these creative lovebirds.

Their vision for the Big Day was unique from the start...from Batman making an entrance (sorry we don't have a great photo), to spending less on florals and more time planning guest entertainment, along with the most sumptuous dessert table we have ever seen!

The wedding party wore traditional Filipino wedding Barongs and Filipinianas for the ceremony, and a lovely soloist charmed on the ukulele during dinner. After dinner Valerie's brothers performed a comical skit/dance that had everyone laughing, then guests danced the night away with the great music and energy from and our free silent disco headphones.

Valerie and Cameron, the stars aligned to bring you together and then again to celebrate at our starlit meadows. Thank you for choosing us!

FALL COLORS, MAGIC, AND FARM FUN: Happy Elopement to Zoe and Kodee!

Starlight Meadows offers a 3-Hour Elopement Package that includes arch, decor for a "Toasting Table", and photo ops throughout the 7 acre property. Zoe and Kodee chose our brass candlesticks and fall color runners for their table, adding meaningful notions and potions items from home.

The weather sparkled and our gorgeous maple tree was a colorful backdrop for our gold circle arch. After the ceremony, we loved the fun ways Zoe and Kodee utilized the venue for photos - including recreating the famous "American Gothic" painting by Grant Wood.

Zoe and Kodee, thank you for choosing us! We hope your days together are filled with sunshine and magic.

HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY TO STEFFI AND BRAN!

Steffi and Bran are a dream couple; we loved helping their vision for a "Secret Garden Meets Fairytale" wedding come to life. The photos captured by Hope Rose Photography take our breath away! From the exquisite florals and draping greenery to the many joyful moments we witnessed, a year later, this is still a wedding we are talking about!

Every guest felt catered to and cared for -- from the bubbles, ribbon streamers and cotton candy for the kids, to the parasols and our "StarStruck Mobile Tap Truck" for the adults, where draft b**r flowed from our one-of-a kind 1926 Chevy truck.

Stephanie rented our vintage glass goblets from the Starlight Store to make each table sparkle, and the gorgeous florals by were truly works of art. We have never seen a florist work so hard and so long to make sure each table was uniquely stunning...each arrangement deserved to be painted by a master and hung in the Louvre.

Steffi and Bran, thank you for choosing us; we loved playing a role in tending this beautiful garden of your love.

WHOL' OTTO LOVE! Hosting Jade and Morgan's wedding was a dream. Their love and joy for each other was tangible, their guests fun and lively, and fur baby Otto was there in spirit...or perhaps we should say..."in spirits"?

"Otto's Bar" delighted guests with his handsome face on the menu, custom cocktails and darling photo swizzle sticks. If Jade and Morgan had looked any less stunning, Otto just might have stolen the show. The cherry on top during cocktail hour was an incredible live performance by ...a perfect entre to the delicious meal prepared by Terra Tovela.

Jade and Morgan's elegant and romantic style sprinkled our meadows with extra magic. They added gorgeous flower urns made by Jessie to our farm fence, rustic door arch, and chiffon tree draping for a grand ceremony entry.

From our Starlight Store they chose vintage glass goblets and candlesticks, white table runners, and jute napkin rings to create a soft and monochromatic look when paired with dreamy blush chargers and beige linen napkins from outside vendors. The pastel table florals and bouquets were created by .botanical.

The dancing and laughter was loud and the "mosh pit" high, as guests threw Jade and Morgan high above the dancing crowd. We were a bit worried, then realized many of their friends were lawyers, so there would be plenty of expert witnesses in case something went awry...

Jade and Morgan, thank you for choosing us and trusting our team to help realize your wedding vision. We hope your married life is a Stairway to Heaven, filled with a "Whol' Otto Love"!

HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY to Sean and Nicole!

Leaping Lizards, we had fun last year helping Sean and Nicole create a wedding that reflected things they love: their pet Lizard, their passion for gaming, and each other.

In a Starlight Meadows first, our "Love Shack" transformed into a gaming room with 2 video arcade games, a PacMan table, and 2 gaming consoles to create a very popular spot for young guests!

During the free Style Sessions we offer, we encourage couples to bring passions and personalities into the decor. Guests were delighted with the gold and silver faux lizards running through the greenery and on each napkin ring. S & N also chose our fairy-light hurricane lamps, jute placemats, and log rounds to pair with the romantic blue and purple wildflowers from Flora D'Amore. The bridal party had loads of fun posing for formal and playful photos in our 1947 Willy's Jeep.

29 YEARS! We love sharing photos of the lovely couples and wonderful weddings we host at Starlight Meadows. These are photos from our own wedding 29 years ago at Lakewold Gardens in Lakewood, WA. (We are so ancient, our album is not digitized so these are scanned...resolution is questionable on some.)

It was a beautiful and joyful day in a vintage garden! Our nieces and nephew are pictured along with the 1938 Chevy Brick started restoring when he was 13. We now rent the teal Chevy along with 3 other antique vehicles to our wedding couples.

Brick and I met in college and were each other's first love, then parted ways as we moved to different states to develop our careers. We met again by chance 10 years later, and realized we had found the right person and it was finally the right time. We raised two beautiful humans together, are still in love and are each other's best friend.

Who knew 29 years ago that we would eventually own a 7 acre property and host 80 events for other loving couples over the last 5 seasons...?

We like to say that "we're not in the wedding business, we're in the joy business"; the joy started HERE, 29 years ago...

WANDERING WILDFLOWERS... We were blown away by Karisa and Eythan's wildflower wedding style! created a stunning wildflower pathway into the ceremony and a floral wonderland throughout the reception.

K & E met in elementary school and became fast friends; we were so honored to help celebrate this friendship that became a forever love! The joyful colors reflected the love that shines so brightly between them, however their typically sunny outlooks were tested when a brief "kiss" of rain arrived during their ceremony. We quickly handed out umbrellas to guests, while K & E stayed cozy and dry under the tree canopy.

From the Starlight Store K & E chose our sage green chargers, napkins and runners, creating a minimalist color palette that gave the wildflower bud vases a starring role. They added our vintage brass candlesticks and water goblets for added elegance, while the delightful pet photos on Eythan's custom and delightful table numbers brought whimsy and humor to each table.

It was a day to remember for so many reasons. Thank you Karisa and Eythan for choosing us! We hope love, laughter, and the joy of wildflowers are your companions wherever you wander.

HAPPY 5th ANNIVERSARY TO MICHAELA AND JAKE! Before we were officially open as a venue, and on one of the hottest June days on record, we had the joy of hosting and celebrating the marriage of Jake and Michaela. Their love and faith brought fresh air, energy, and joy to all who attended.

We'd lived next door to Michaela since she was 2 years old, and loved seeing her shine so beautifully with the handsome and charming Jake at her side. It was truly a family affair with sister-in-law Liane () creating wildflower explosions, styling the reception, and helping source the vintage rainbow goblets that sparkled at every table and as a take-home gift. After Michaela's 3 brothers took a turn on the dance floor with her in lieu of her father Mike who is no longer with us, there wasn't a dry eye in the house.

Michaela and Jake, thank you for choosing our (then quite humble) meadows to celebrate your love. We hope every day of these first 5 years has been filled with the same sunshine and unwavering joy as your wedding day.
