The NETwork-  Seattle Community NETWORK is an AT&T employee initiated non-profit 501-(c) (3) organization. Seattle Chapter.

The purpose of the organization is to dedicate its energy and efforts toward the following:

•To encourage and facilitate personal and professional growth within the cultural diversity of AT&T Communications and its affiliates.
•To assist public and community organizations in the African American and other diverse communities.
•To assist underprivileged African Americans and other diverse individuals with employment/advancement opportunities.

Meet our Chapter President:
C. Michael Conner, PMP,CSM, Technology Solutions Manager, AT&T Mobility

Michael is an AT&T Mobility Technology Solutions Manager and he works in the Bothell AT&T campus

He is a native of St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands. Michael served and is a decorated Marine Corps veteran of the first Gulf War (Desert Shield/ Desert Storm). After military service, Michael obtained his PMP and CSM certifications. Working for AT&T Mobility since 2008 as an Enterprise IT Lead Project Manager, he leads projects on Service Assurance and Network Engineering project teams with a combined valuation > $20 million.

As a TSM, he creates/manages new projects for clients via Initial Work Requests, obtaining Model Driven Estimates, assigns Solution Analysis/Architects to create Architectural Integrated Solutions through Client Introduction and General Availability.

In the community Michael has been active in supporting community service and fundraising activities with CERT- Kenmore, The Pacific Northwest MS Society, Northshore YMCA, Northwest Chapter UNCF and Community NETwork an AT&T mobility sponsored ERG. These organizations provide multilateral programs to fund healthcare research, resources & support, mentoring of under-represented youth, college scholarships and assisting with African American and other persons in employment opportunities and development within AT&T.

Our Objectives
In an effort to reach our stated objectives, we shall promote professionalism in areas of cultural identification, human relations, self-development, managerial achievement, job enrichment, and those skills required to assist African American and other diverse employees in becoming successful within the organization and the community.

•To develop and enhance the role and position of African American and other diverse employees with AT&T and/or subsidiaries.
•To be resourceful, promote unity and enhance the strength within each chapter.
•To promote exchange among chapters (e.g., supporting chapters other than your own, joint ventures with other chapters, etc.).
•To develop and maintain a working relationship with all personnel of AT&T and/or its subsidiaries.
•To address issues and concerns of African American and other diverse employees.
