Hi everyone! Thank you for all the nice messages and well wishes. I’m feeling good and progressing very well
Some extremely talented and lovely friends of mine from the world of Comedy are throwing a benefit for me since I have unfortunately been an unable to make Bubbles for so long. It’s a 16+ show coming up on April 14. If any of you are interested ticket link is in the comments. Miss you all!

Hi all! I’ve gotten some very nice messages from you and I just wanted to provide a quick update on my health. Five out of six treatments are down and everything is moving in the right direction! Some side effects but not too many. After my final infusion, I’ll get a little break and then we’ll do about four weeks of radiation before my stem cell transplant. It all sounds very daunting, but my healthcare team is great and convinced that we’ve got this!
It’s weird to not be doing any bubble shows for the holidays for the first time in so many years. I just wanted to let you all know that I miss you and I’m looking forward to being bubbly again. We’re shooting for some sometime around late summer for me to be back to full strength. Happy holidays and have a wonderful 2025!

Hello all! Wanted to give a quick update. Treatments continue going in the right direction! I’m lucky that fatigue and hair loss are so far my big side effects.
Shine gold messages about ways to help and a friend did set up a gofundme since I won’t be able to work for a long time. So if you’d like to, here’s the link.

Hi everyone! Thank you for another great summer, I had a great time and I hope you did too!

Mike the Bubble Man always believes in kindness and honesty, so I wanted to share some news with you. I won’t be able to do any bubble shows for a while. :(

Why is that? Well, I've been diagnosed with a treatable form of lymphoma. My prognosis is GOOD--which is great news! But during my treatment time, I need to take care of me and not risk getting sick. My doctors and I feel very confident that I’ll be back to feeling bubbly in 2025. And I'll be doing shows, just like the last 20 years, before you know it!

I’ll miss you for now, but I know you'll keep it bubbly for me in the meantime!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to quickly let you know that I will be back at the beautiful Coolidge Corner Theater in Brookline on Sunday, March 3 at 10:30 AM. A great chance to introduce your little ones to live theater! 

The Coolidge Corner Theatre (‘the Coolidge') has announced the winter/spring 2024 lineup of its weekly Kids' Shows. Sure to delight all ages, the new season launches on Sunday, January 7 at 10:30am with a live performance by The Stacey Peasley Band.
