If you have some old tires you are trying to get rid of, this weekend is your opportunity. Rockcastle County is hosting a Waste Tire Event this weekend. All Kentucky residents can drop their tires off for free.

That wind was brutal today! 😅 Ol Blue did great! I hauled 62 bags of love on that beautiful kayak today! Barren River Lake is a little bit cleaner! 😍 I believe in a Cleaner Kentucky! 🙏💙🌎🛶🙏

Yesterday I had the pleasure of hanging out with 3 great ladies kayaking on Nolin lake! Tura, Judy, Chris and I were all over those banks showing our love! When we were done cleaning and loading up, Tura and I took off to put the trash in the dumpster by the ramp. We met Kenny and his two boys Denny Ray and Tommy! They were the icing on the cake! 😍🌎🙏 I gave both of the boys their own grabby stick and they were picking all kind of things up! Made our hearts smile! Thank you to Tura for organizing the clean up with Public Trails Association of Grayson County and to Judy and Chris for coming out to help! 🙏🫶🙏 We were able to remove 72 bags from the banks of Nolin River Lake yesterday! The good news is that most of it had floated in from flooding! There is also two young boys paying attention now at Wax, which brings my heart great joy! We believe in a Cleaner Kentucky and we are so very grateful to those that believe in that too! 🙏🫶🌎💙🙏

Blessings! God winks! 😉 Goodness! Hope! 😍 These young men represent every one of those words! 🙏💙🙏 I met Denny Ray and Tommy while I was at the dumpster at Wax Marina today with my friend Tura. They were walking to the dock with their father and their father asked me if I was the girl on Tik Tok cleaning up all over Kentucky... I said yes and he thanked me for what I was doing... 🙏 I asked if I could give the boys a grabby stick and he said sure! 🤩 The boys immediately started picking up bottle caps and pieces that had fallen out of the dumpster and placing it where it belongs! I joined them and Denny Ray started to tell me about the rocks that he collects and how he is working on a rock garden at home! 🫶🌎💙 Tommy and I discussed frog hunting, copperheads and rat snakes! 🐍 It was awesome! We had so much fun cleaning up around the ramp! These boys made my day! 🤩 Thank you Mom and Dad for raising such good boys and thank you Denny Ray and Tommy for helping me make Kentucky waterways cleaner! 🙏💙🌎💙🙏 Denny Ray, Tommy and I believe in a Cleaner Kentucky and we are so very grateful to those that believe in that too! 🤩🌎🙏

I got a little bit of free time this evening so I took off to show some love to Rough River! 🤩 I visited a place near Hardin Springs and I got the chance to thank one of the locals for keeping it so clean. I was only able to find two grocery bags of trash while I was there and I had to search hard to get that. 🫶 After I left that ramp I headed to Laurel Branch beach! It was a pretty day and there were so many people there enjoying the beach! 😍 I cleaned up all around the beach and walked the banks for quite a ways getting the trash that was floating up. As I was leaving a gentleman walked up that spoke little English.... he had his arms full of the trash they had from the beach and I offered to take it.... he nodded yes and said sorry.... I told him absolutely no worries and thank you for cleaning it up! There was a language barrier but we understood each other just from our actions! It warmed my heart! 💗🙏🌎 The sun was playing peak a boo and it made for a beautiful sky! Today I was able to remove 27 grocery bags from the banks of Rough River! It was a pleasure to hear the joy of families laughing and playing at the beach, and it was a joy to give back to something that brings all of our hearts such great joy! 🫶🌎💙 I believe in a Cleaner Kentucky and I am so very grateful to those that believe in that too! Thank you for the hope you give my heart! 🙏🫶🌎💙🙏

I was headed to a meeting with the Friends of Rough River on Thursday.... I stopped to check out the ramp near the dam and before I knew it, the shoes were off and I was wading for trash! I believe in a Cleaner Kentucky! 🙏🫶🌎💙🙏
