I didn’t expect something so simple to make such a difference. Writing in my happiness journal has helped me find peace, improve my mood, and feel more like myself again.

Just like the leaves that fall, change is inevitable.
DOES CHANGE SCARE YOU OR MOTIVATE YOU?

Did you guess it correctly?

Here I go painting leaves again. Even the dried, crumpled ones are inspiring.

Can you guess the animal in painting? Leave your guesses in the comments.

Do you have a similar process? If you know the proper name for these leaves, please let me know.

New watercolor today. It feels good to be painting.

More leaves I've painted. I'm thinking about making this a series, but I'm not sure.

I've been collecting leaves that have fallen, and I'm enjoying studying them and painting them. Have you ever really looked at a leaf? Stop today, pick one up, and look at it. Really look at it. They're fascinating.

Like people, autumn leaves have done their work, changed with the seasons, drifted down in quiet surrender, only to be lifted once more by gentle hands.

If you have fallen, let someone lift you up because you are beautiful, just like an autumn leaf. 🍁

Today marks the 75th anniversary of when Charles M. Schulz debuted his very first cartoon. The start of a legacy that would bring us Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the whole Peanuts gang.

His work didn’t just make the world smile, it sparked my own lifelong love of drawing and art. Schulz showed that even the simplest lines can hold so much heart, humor, and humanity.

Here’s to the artist who proved that comics aren’t just cartoons. They’re storytelling, comfort, and inspiration. Thank you, Mr. Schulz, for shaping generations of artists and dreamers.
