Cymatic Dance Cymatic Dance is meant to move you and assist in transformative personal growth through music and intentional movement. Exuberant play = joyful peace!

Music = sound organized into form. Cymatics is the visual expression of sound on matter. Your matter will move! Music makes you move, especially if it is full big beats, energetic rhythms, and soul. Explore the patterns of cymatics in dance with a mixture of choreographed dances and easy to follow flows. This series will explore patterns from low to high
frequency Cymatics, providing opportunitie

s to find that special place that your body knows is just right, new experiences for you to embody, and self-discovery! There will the addition of visual components as the exploration grows and the opportunity to choose your own patterns to investigate!

Thank you so much for your support and love while we get the next offering scheduled! After the big introduction, we travelled and absorbed some good rejuvenation energy. It is certainly time to use all the harvest energy to more more health and joy into life. I look forward to a regular offering very soon.
