Congrats to Coach Caden on his Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt last night! Awesome to see all our Coaches cross training in other styles and further developing themselves. Coach Caden is a 3rd Dan World TaeKwonDo Black Belt, and the primary instructor for our Olympic Style TaeKwonDo program. If he’s not teaching some crazy spinning kicks, you can find him rolling around on the floor with the boys learning some new chokes nightly. Come try one of his TKD classes, or check out one of our Jiu Jitsu classes and say hello with a choke … or two!
