A HUGE thank you to those of you that showed up tonight. It was cold and rough. We didn’t get as many as the last event, but honestly, just a little goes a long way in support 🩵

Tomorrow we remember, survivors are never at fault, you’re valued, you’re loved, and you belong. Take this with you everyday and remember, you are NEVER alone.

Hello friends! I had something personal come up and I am delayed coming to the event tonight! I will still try to swing by ❤️

🚨 NO CHARGES FILED IN PULSE CROSSWALK ARRESTS

No charges will be filed against the six people arrested for chalking the Pulse memorial crosswalk in Orlando, according to State Attorney Monique Worrell.

The arrests stemmed from efforts to redraw the rainbow crosswalk honoring the 49 victims of the 2016 Pulse nightclub massacre after it was painted over last year. Protesters used chalk to restore the colors.

According to Worrell:
• No evidence was provided that any property damage occurred
• The chalk was removed multiple times before arrests were made
• Some public officials were seen chalking the same crosswalk but were not arrested
• The arrests may constitute “selective enforcement”

Several individuals were taken into custody across multiple incidents, but prosecutors say the case doesn’t meet the standard for criminal charges.

Bottom line: arrests were made, but the State Attorney says there’s not enough evidence to prosecute.

What do you think — was this enforcement justified, or should it never have led to arrests in the first place? 👇

🚨 Reminder: Chalk The Walk Pop-Up 🚨
🩵 Sexual Assault Awareness Month 🩵

This time, we’re focusing on something even more powerful: encouragement. support. love.

We’ll be chalking where SlutWalk begins, we’re filling that space with messages survivors will see before they take their first steps.

Words that remind them:
You are believed.
You are not alone.
You are strong.
You deserve safety, respect, and healing.

This event is about showing up with care.

About making sure every survivor who walks that path feels supported before the march even starts.

When: Join us Friday, April 24th @ 7PM–10PM
Where: City Hall Steps

We chalk so survivors are surrounded by encouragement.

We chalk so love is visible.

We chalk so no one walks alone.

On Friday, we chalk together.

On Saturday, we walk together.

Important Reminders:
• Sidewalks only, respect private property
• Chalk only, no paint or permanent markers
• Keep messages uplifting, respectful, and survivor-centered

This time, we share our voices.
But they’ll see them by love written beneath their feet.

📢 Chalk The Walk: MayDay 📢

Workers over billionaires.

In collaboration with Idaho 50501, we’re bringing you Chalk The Walk – MayDay. Join Idaho 50501 at the Capitol before hand, and then head over to us as we bring the workers to the streets.

When: May 1st, 2026
Where: Boise City Hall

This isn’t just an event. This is a statement.

A reminder that the wealth they hoard was built by us.

That the “dream” was never theirs to take.

And that without workers, nothing moves. Nothing runs. Nothing exists.

We are the reason the world turns.

They exploit us.
They underpay us.
They ignore us.

And still…
we show up. we build. we carry everything forward.

This time, we choose us.
This time, we remind them:

No workers = no wealth.

Join us as we take it back.

One message at a time, written where it can’t be ignored.

Chalk The Walk Pop-Up:

🩵 Sexual Assault Awareness Month 🩵

They try to silence conversations like this.
So we’re putting it where it can’t be ignored.

On sidewalks.
On streets.
In the spaces we all share.

Because this truth deserves to be seen:

It is sexual assault,
if there is no clear, yes.

If they said no.
If they said stop.
If they were intoxicated or unconscious.
If they were pressured, manipulated, or afraid.

And none of this changes that:

Not what they wore.
Not how they acted.
Not if they said yes before.
Not if they changed their mind.
Not if they are your partner or spouse.

Consent must be clear, ongoing, and freely given.

Anything else is not consent.

This April, for Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and in honor of SlutWalk Boise the next day. We invite you to join us on Friday, April 24th from 7PM-10PM.

We “Chalk the Walk” so survivors know they are seen, so truth is written in plain sight, and so silence is no longer an option.

They can ignore our voices. But, they can’t ignore what’s written beneath their feet.

On Friday we’ll chalk together, and Saturday we’ll walk together.

Important Reminders:
• Sidewalks are public property. Please respect private spaces like porches, stairs, and entryways.
• Chalk only. No paint, no permanent markers.
• Keep this peaceful, respectful, and rooted in community.
