My main experiences have been in the food industry. With over twenty years of experience working in different styles of cuisine, my passion and love is with health supportive cuisine. I am a graduate of the Natural gourmet institute for health and culinary arts and throughout my educational journey, I learned as much as I could on holistic health and foods that have optimal health benefits.

Fitness has for as long as I can remember been a big part of my life. In high school, I participated in the tennis and swim team, in my later years I couldn't live without dance. Movement in any way became consuming, to this day I can’t go long periods without releasing those endorphins. From Step classes to Spin, to dance, and now Crossfit, my love for fitness has evolved in so many ways. I’m very grateful to have the time and health to continue on with this love.

This leads to the ultimate question we must ask ourselves as entrepreneurs: Who do I serve? Well for me It was so in my face! Take what you love, what drives you, what subjects you can talk about for hours? have that be your target! 🎯Serve those who you know, who you relate to, you know the same industry lingo, you’ve shared similar experiences. You may know their pain points and how to help, because you share the same passions. Sounds like a win, win!!
