Sometimes I paint murals with my friends ❤️ this is our second mural at on River Street in downtown Savannah, Georgia. Rileigh created this illustration and together with the help of our friend Emily we were able to knock the painting out in just 4 days! Nearly 40 hours of work went into this from prep to final results!

On Tuesday, July 16, 2024 - I joined the Sea Turtle Patrol of Hilton Head Island on a beach cleanup at Coligny Beach. Coligny is probably our most popular beach among tourists, as it has free parking and sits across from Coligny Plaza, where people can eat and shop.

Hilton Head beaches are home to more than 180 turtle nests. From Fish Haul to South Beach.. baby turtles are everywhere! It's very exciting to know that turtles call our island home, but it's also very sad to know that many people disregard our beaches and wildlife. The intention of whether or not trash gets left behind is irrelevant because it gets left behind either way. What's important is that we all do our part to pick it up!

I'm honestly not sure how much I should price this at, but I do know that half of whatever I make from selling it will be donated to Sea Turtle Patrol Hilton Head Island. I hope that my art inspires people to make art with garbage, or at the very least, go pick it up when you see it on the ground.
