Congratulations Alex! Alex wins at Cleetus McFarlands Freedom Factory's Altima 600 for the 2nd time. He's a 1st time, 2 time winner! Alex is a frequent flier here at Sugar Creek whether its a Street Stock, Super Late Model or an Enduro Race, he can wheel them all and is one of the nicest guys in the pits. Congratulations! We are proud of you buddy!

🏁 A BITTERSWEET ANNOUNCEMENT… BUT THE SHOW MUST GO ON AT THE CREEK! 🏁

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, both Sugar Creek Raceway and Hartwell Motor Speedway have been forced to cancel our scheduled Sprint Car events for October 16th and 17th.

We were just as excited as our fans to bring Sprint Car racing to The Creek! However, with the uncertainty surrounding the approaching hurricane, along with other circumstances involving the Renegade Sprint Car Series, a guaranteed car count simply could not be secured to deliver the quality show our fans deserve.

BUT DON'T PUT THOSE RACING PLANS AWAY JUST YET! 🔥

🍎🏁 APPLEFEST FINALE 2026 — SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17TH! 🏁🍎

We're bringing out the BIG GUNS!

🏆 SUPER LATE MODELS — $4,000 TO WIN!

🏆 SCDRA STINGERS — $1,000 TO WIN! We're bringing back last week's rained-out event!

PLUS, a FULL RACING PROGRAM featuring all your favorite Sugar Creek Raceway weekly divisions!

We're working hard to finalize the details, so keep an eye on our page for more announcements in the coming days!

🎃👻 AND WE'RE NOT DONE YET! 👻🎃

Mark your calendars for FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30TH, as Sugar Creek Raceway presents our FIRST EVER…

💀🏁 TRICK OR TREAT & CHEAT RACE! 🏁💀

The kids get to TRICK OR TREAT ON THE RACETRACK with the drivers, while the drivers get to THROW AWAY THE RULE BOOKS!

That's right! RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG… AND YOU BETTER HOPE YOU BRUNG ENOUGH! 🔥

We'll also have Halloween costume contests for BOTH kids and adults, along with plenty of Halloween fun!

More details on this wild night of racing and Halloween festivities are coming soon!

Two more exciting nights at The Creek! We appreciate everyone's continued support and look forward to seeing those grandstands packed!

🌧️ HERE WE GO AGAIN! 😡😡

All week long, multiple weather apps and meteorologists have been consistent — 80% and higher chances of rain for Saturday.

Unfortunately, we have no choice but to cancel this Saturday’s racing program.

It just doesn’t make sense to spend the time and money on track prep, mowing, advertising, staffing, and everything else that goes into putting on a race, only to be disappointed on race day.

We can prepare for a lot of things… but we can’t beat Mother Nature! 🌧️

We wanted to make the call early enough to give our racers, fans, and staff time to make other plans for the weekend.

We will see everyone on October 17th!

SHALL WE??

🏁 THANK YOU, RACERS & RACE FANS! 🏁

What a night at Sugar Creek Raceway! We had 86 race cars enter last Saturday, and we can’t thank our racers, fans, crews, and sponsors enough for the incredible support!

🏆 SATURDAY NIGHT FEATURE WINNERS 🏆

🏁 Western All Metal Recycling Late Models — Jamie Oliver
🏁 Just Foam It 604 Crate Late Models — Jacob Parris
🏁 Interstate Welding 602 Crate Late Models — Cooper Twiggs
🏁 Jasper Generators Open Wheel Modifieds — Matt Sandefur
🏁 Hobby Sportsman — Nick Griswold
🏁 Street Stock — Rodger Beaver
🏁 Stock FWD- Mitchell Ledbetter
🏁 SCDRA Stinger — Tryntden Moss
🏁 Strictly Stock/Crown Vic — Chance Watson

👏 A special congratulations to Nick Griswold on picking up his FIRST WIN OF THE YEAR! Great job, Nick!

A huge field of 18 Jasper Generators Open Wheel Modifieds came looking to collect the final bounty, but Matt Sandefur did it again! Matt swept all four bounty races and collected the $500 bonus!

Now he has one more challenge…

This weekend, Matt has the option to START FROM THE REAR. If he comes through the field and WINS, he collects ANOTHER $500! 💰

Can the #111 go BACK TO FRONT, or can somebody finally stop
him at Sugar Creek?

We had a tremendous turnout last Saturday, BUT, this weekend we turn it over to the SCDRA Stingers for their big night! $1000.00 TO WIN! This will for sure draw a big crowd of the Bad Fast Modified Front Wheel Drives! These guys have got them figured out and THEY ARE FAST!

🏁 WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU BACK AT "THE CREEK" THIS SATURDAY NIGHT! 🏁
