BEFORE & AFTER // It can be a tad challenging to find purpose in narrow corridors. In a space where every square inch matters, we didn’t want to lose the opportunity for a great first impression when entering through the rear door.

The goal was to soften this industrial dining room & kitchen.

I don’t know what it is about circles, but I have always gravitated towards them. They feel complete and balanced. Mixing circles with vertical lines in this space felt like a good approach to restoring balance.

I think that too much of one shape can flatten a room. Instead, adding a few circles & curves allows your eyes to fully take in and appreciate them, and breaks up the monotony of lines.

Also, who else thinks that green is a neutral? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Welcome to the powder room at Salon Bliss & Spa - Shelby Twp.
The goal was to make it feel like it wasn’t a public restroom and more like a luxurious retreat. The stone was the first design decision made…
I think it’s fair to say that it was all about the floating stone vanity in this space 🤍

Hello! For those of you who are new here, I am Lyzz Hope, owner & principal designer of MOZ Interiors.

I am a lifestyle designer - I design for my clients lifestyle. I consider how they will interact in the space, the function of each piece, the memories that they will make, and how they will grow within the design.

My “style” can be described as European Mid Century - strong influences from the 50s/60s with the history of European materials & architecture.

I am ever evolving so my style is continually shifting and refining. I don’t design for myself (or Instagram) therefore with each project, you will see what is meaningful to the client through the lens of MOZ Interiors.

🤍 Thanks for swinging by!

all the soft curves in this space make me so happy! and the custom integrated crema limestone sink is like butter 🫠
Fun fact : the design for the space came to me in a dream

This is a primary bath that I worked on last year. This space required a LOT of math 🤓
One of the highlights was working closely with the tile installer. He speaks Italian. I speak English. We spent many meetings communicating with drawings and gestures, and on occasion, his daughter interpreting.
I was unable to take photos of the completed project, so please pardon the quality of these photos.
