Thismonth, we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, and the ongoing pursuit of equality, acceptance, and belonging for all.

Music has always been a way for people to express who they are, share their stories, and connect with others. We’re grateful for the voices, perspectives, and contributions of LGBTQ+ artists, musicians, and community members who continue to shape the world around us.

Huge thanks to and that continue to advocate and support q***r students and organizations, offering a community for those who might need one.

Every voice matters. The best harmonies come from different voices singing together.

Our third graduating member is the TOTS champion Aaron Grossman!

Major: Computer Engineering
Member Since: Fall 2022

Aaron has been a crucial figure in Juxta for many years serving as our President, Business Manager, and many others. Aaron has been a role model and exemplary leader to all the new and current members of the group and has fostered an incredibly welcoming environment. We are sad to see such a prominent figurehead leave the group but we are so proud of him and what he has accomplished. We are going to miss him! 🍻 🦙

Although Henry was only with Juxta for one year, he made a lasting impact on all of us. Henry’s passion is something we’ve all come to love about him and is something that will be hard to let go of. Henry has spread nothing but love in his time with us and we know he will continue to do so when he leaves. Everyone in Juxta is so glad that you got to share your experience in the states with us. We are going to miss you so much! Cheerio! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🦙

Since the semester has come to an end, it’s time to honor our graduating members. First up, we have Kane Georges!

Member Since: Fall 2023

Kane has been an integral member of Juxta for many years. He would always bring a charismatic attitude and incredible talent to each rehearsal. Kane made sure to welcome everyone in the group with open arms and pushed every member to be the best they could be. We could always count on Kane to not only throw the best parties, but to be the life of the party as well and to infect everyone with his warm smile. We are so proud of what Kane has accomplished these past few years and will miss him so much! 🛒🦙

Ivan served as our Mental Health Chair, Social Chair, and Concert Coordinator this past year and is always ready to step up to put in the work for our group.
