Our short horror film, I Just Wanted to See Mom Again, is part of this collection, and can be seen at approx. the 1-hour, 30-minute mark. We hope you'll check it out on Amazon Video Direct and Amazon Prime (free for Prime members!).

Each year, filmmakers from around the world compete in the 72 Hour Horror Film Race - a competition that challenges them to create an entire horror film (write, film, edit and submit) in only 72 hours. The films in this anthology are the top 15 international finalists. Each film is preceded by a bri...

Mike Wiencek jumped the gun on us and already posted this on his page. We're holding a special screening of all films made for The Impact on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 3:00 PM at the BAC Performance Hall. It will be the only chance people will get to see all the films in one place at the same time. We hope you can join us and see the end results of a year-long commitment to this project.

Note: an email will be going out to everyone who worked on these films. It will have additional information. Look for it this weekend.

Aaron and I got permission today to add the Amazon Video Direct and Amazon Prime logos to our trailer for I Just Wanted to See Mom Again. So, here's the link (again), in case anyone is curious to see the new additions at the end. :D (I've also posted a screen capture...)

Also, a warm Thank You to Natalia for putting a big post on her personal FB page to help promote the crowdfunding campaign we have in progress. We added, I believe, 3 new contributions today as a result.

Our trailer for the film we made for the 72-Hour Horror Film Race... that now has the Amazon Video Direct and Amazon Prime logos on the "Coming Soon" card.

From February 15th:
So, tonight was the first Tell Me You Love Me short film competition... which I entered and made a film for.

"Jack's Clock" took Best Use of Prompts, Best Technical/Visual Effects and, much to my surprise, Best Picture - Judge's Choice. The film would not have been nearly as good without my two amazing actors, Christina Carrie Dietlein and Joseph Martin McClure, and special effects by the talented Josh Tuttle and Sean Lebard, who also co-produced with me.

The awards the film won tonight aren't just mine... they belong to everyone who had a hand in making the film, and all I can say right now is simply, "Thank you."

From March 19th:
And last, but not least... they wanted us to create a bunch of stuff to go along with our film in preparation of the screenings in May. A trailer (check, did that already), create an IMDb listing (check, did that already), an introductory video of me and Aaron discussing the making of the film (doing that Tuesday, I think... um, Mikey? Are we shooting at your place?), and a poster... which is right here. Personally, I think it turned out great, but would love to know what everyone else thinks. And you know me... all comments are welcome... good, bad, and indifferent.

Also from March 18th:
It gets better. This is from the email we received this morning:
"Through [an] existing agreement with Amazon, the "Top 15 of the 72 Hour Horror Film Race 2018" will be included in an Anthology Film and distributed through Amazon Video and Amazon Prime. This agreement includes revenue sharing for all films included in the Anthology."

So, even if we don't win in the competition, we still come out as winners because our film will be seen on Amazon.

Also, we revised our trailer a little... here's the link again. Basically, we added our "finalist" laurels to it, but also tweaked the edit just a little.

From March 18th:
Sometimes being crazy has its merits.
We made the Top 15 Finalists cut with I Just Wanted to See Mom Again. Congratulations to Aaron and Quentin also for being nominated in the Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor categories, and to Aaron for his Best Cinematographer nomination. He and I, of course, also got nominated as Best Directors.
