Sometimes life has a strange way of reminding you where you belong.

Over the last year, I stepped away from something I spent nearly a decade building. I tried the police academy, walked away when I realized it wasnā€™t my path, and spent the last eight months working a regular job.

Then last week, I found out my position was being eliminated.

It would be easy to look at that as another setback.

Instead, it made me realize how much I had lost sight of the things that gave me purpose ā€” creating, building, setting goals and chasing something bigger.

ā€œWhere there is no vision, the people perish.ā€ ā€” Proverbs 29:18

Maybe I needed the last year to realize that I never lost my passion for Ruthless.

I just lost sight of the vision.

Iā€™m not sure exactly what the next chapter looks likeā€¦

But I know Iā€™m not done yet.

Weā€™ve got some great news! A massive shipment of custom jerseys has officially arrived at our U.S. logistics partnerā€™s facility and is now being sorted for distribution to the shipping carriers.

We also wanted to give everyone a little behind-the-scenes look at how this process works.

Ruthless is a small team of just two people, so to help keep orders moving efficiently, we partner with a third-party logistics provider to handle large inbound case shipments from our overseas production facility. Rather than every package arriving individually, orders arrive in consolidated case shipments that must be received, sorted, and separated before theyā€™re released to the appropriate shipping carriers.

Because of this process, some customers may receive a shipping notification a few days before tracking begins to update. If youā€™ve received a shipping notification within the last 12 days, thereā€™s a good chance your order is currently being processed through this sorting stage. Once your package has been separated from the larger shipment and handed off to the carrier, youā€™ll begin seeing tracking updates.

We know waiting for new gear isnā€™t easy, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. This process allows us to continue providing high-quality custom products while operating as a small business and serving teams and players around the world.
