What a way to kick off Fourth of July weekend. 🇺🇸🔥

I got a last-minute call to bring the sauna to without really knowing what to expect… and I was absolutely blown away.

An incredible setup, world-class athletes throwing down some of the wildest stunts I’ve ever seen, amazing music, great people, and unmatched energy all weekend.

Even with temperatures pushing 100°, people were still lining up to sweat it out in the sauna, and the cold plunges stayed busy from morning until evening. It was awesome to see so many people making recovery part of the experience.

Huge thanks to and for the invitation and for welcoming Maine Spa Club into the Wellness Village. I’m grateful for all the new friends, conversations, and connections made throughout the weekend.

Can’t wait for the next one. 🔥🧊

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible sauna mommas out there ❤️

To the moms holding families together, running on little sleep, carrying the mental load, and still showing up with love every single day — we see you, and we appreciate you more than words can say.

At Maine Spa Club, we’ve watched so many moms step into the sauna stressed and exhausted… and walk out smiling, laughing, relaxed, and recharged. A little heat, quiet, deep breathing, and cold plunge magic can go a long way.

Today we especially celebrate the amazing mothers in our own lives — especially my wife and sister, the two beautiful moms pictured here. Our families are lucky beyond measure to have them.
