We know we’ve broken your trust, and we are here to take full responsibility for that. A major shipping failure, combined with internal challenges we were not prepared for, caused many of you to wait much longer than you ever should have. For that, we are truly sorry.
You trusted us with your excitement, and we know we did not meet the standard you deserved. There is no excuse for what happened.
But we did not close, and we did not disappear. We stayed because walking away from the people who supported us was never an option. We are committed to making this right.
