My son’s birthday came together a little last minute this year (because…timing 😅), but it was the perfect reminder that elevated doesn’t have to mean complicated.

It’s been a little quiet around here... and that wasn’t by accident.

About a year ago, life unexpectedly asked me to press pause.

A personal family situation required my full attention, and Jersey Meatbawls had to take a back seat. While I’ll always keep that chapter private, it gave me something I didn’t realize I needed: time.

Time to step away.
Time to reflect.
Time to ask myself one important question...
What is Jersey Meatbawls really meant to become?

For years, I thought we were building a gourmet meatball mix company.

But as I stepped back, I realized something. We were never just selling a meatball mix.

Today I had the opportunity to drop off Jersey Meatbawls Co. for corporate gifting through Just Jersey Goods, and it reminded me why I started building this brand.

Tonight wasn’t anything special.

Dinner was over, the weather was beautiful, and I just wanted to sit outside on the patio for a little while.
